Visit the website of the Telangana State Board of Intermediate at tsbie.cgg.gov.in.
On the menu bar, select “Student Online services”.
An option of “Duplicate Memorandum of marks” can be selected from the right side of the page.
On the left of the page, the user has to enter the details of “Pass year” by selecting the options “Upto 2003 Appeared Candidates” or “From 2004 appeared candidates”.
“Hall ticket number” should be entered.
Finally, the applicant has to check the details entered and click on the “Proceed” button.
The student’s marks list will appear on the screen.
FIR copy, Affidavit, and Principal’s letter should be uploaded in case of the missing certificate. (Or) Copy of the damaged certificate and Principal’s letter should be scanned and uploaded in case of applying for the damaged certificate.
Then next it takes to the payment process.
After the payment is done, the person is provided with a transaction reference number.
The acknowledgement should be saved for future use.
The duplicate intermediate marks memo will be sent to the college.
Candidates who passed/ failed the first year and who failed the second year are eligible to get the memorandum. Students who passed before 2003 can also make use of the above process. Letter of the Principal: A sample letter to the principal should be downloaded from the website. It has to be signed by the principal requesting him/ her an explanation for the loss of the certificate.
